Groundwork Buffalo is pleased to welcome Racheal Tarapacki as its new Executive Director as of February 2019. With 17 years of experience working with young people and young adults, Tarapacki is very excited to expand her knowledge connecting youth to their environment and communities.
Tarapacki’s professional experience includes non-profit managment, education, working with youth and young adults ranging from birth- college age, government, grant writing, grant review and program management. Tarapacki holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Buffalo State College and a master’s degree in Creativity and Change Leadership also from Buffalo State College.
